location of guidelines

Georgia, I've been looking for an online copy of the "AV fair use guidelines" -- the ones that stated the 5 pointed test for educational use of AV/film. These 5 items all had to be answered affirmatively:

1. non-profit
2. in classroom or other educational place
3. teachers and pupils in the class
4. related to the lesson
5. legal copy of the item

Ever since the multimedia guidelines were released, they seem to have replaced the old AV guidelines in all references. To my understanding, the AV guidelines weren't superceded by the multimedia guidelines, just enhanced, right?
