The newest one is Real Networks v. Streambox, W.D.Wash. No. C99-2070P ... I'm not sure if anything's been published yet, but Real won a preliminary injunction against Streambox for circumvention of the copy-protection elements inherent in the Real Player, which Streambox's VCR product mimics.
