It depends. If you take a background that is in the program it is not your own creation. And if you take a clipart for example from a softwareprogram I doubt you can sell that without copyrightproblem. Butif you create something of your own idea only by some help of the program it is the same thing as you use a Canoncamera with a Kodakfilm to create your own picture, which you have the copyright for.
