Have you registered copyrights on the songs? If so, performance thereof without your permission is copyright infringement and you can sue for statutory damages. Doesn't matter WHO the infringers are but if they're using your lyrics, they're infringing your copyright.

If not, register them and then sue.

Am I missing something?
