The litigation between Jurisline.com LLC, Reed Elsevier, and Matthew Bender is raising issues of federal copyright preemption of information licenses, antitrust, and essential facilities.

A new page at my site collects citations/links to articles, court cases, documents, and notes about Jurisline.com and the litigation, including the pleadings of the parties, press releases, etc.
