The Intellectual Property Rights Helpdesk has released onto its website a number of new items including:

There is also a new briefing paper prepared by our Legal Team on the Community Trademark, go to http://www.ipr-helpdesk.org/IPdocs/

Finally a comprehensive tutorial created by the IPR-Helpdesk on the esp[_at_]cenet system of the European Patent Organisation will be released to the general public on Monday 13th March.
