I need to get a copy of the Napster complaint. I saw a post on the cyberia-l list indicating that suit was filed on December 7 in the Northern District of California, can anyone confirm this? (I don't currently have a Pacer login and password but have registered for one, meanwhile I need access to the case number if anyone has it, so I can call the court and order a copy.)
