UCITA, being a part of the Universal Commercial Code, is NOT federal legislation.

It has to be fought state-by-state, so you need to work with your state senators / legislators / Governor's office.

I am putting together a list of online anti-UCITA sites, and will post them to the forum as soon as I can.
