court decisions on comic strip characters

Dear list members,

We are currently finalising a discussion of the legal protection of comic strip characters for publication. If there are any decisions from the last couple of years, especially in the UK, we would very much like to be notified. Older decisions from all European countries should be known to us (the list have helped us before in this matter).
