Native American rights

Greetings from the Far North. We have numerous instances where our faculty collaborate with Native Alaskans and receive oral information or visual demonstrations that are later incorporated into educational curricula, research projects, etc. We would be interested in any model guidelines your schools may have for dealing with native intellectual property rights.
