This conflicts with my reading of Feist. The difference here is that in Feist, it was determined that there was no originality in either the selection OR the arrangement of names in a white page directory. In the instant situation, there may not be any in the arrangement, but may be/probably is in the selection of links to put in the directory. This of course is consistent with 17 USC 101 where a compilation is defined as:
A ''compilation'' is a work formed by the collection and assembling of preexisting materials or of data that are selected, coordinated, or arranged in such a way that the resulting work as a whole constitutes an original work of authorship. The term ''compilation'' includes collective works.
