Circular 92 of the Copyright Office entitled "Copyright Law of the United States of America" has been updated through April 2000. A copy can be ordered from the Government Printing Office via the internet at $14 per copy. ( The price for the previous version was $8.50)
It is also up on the Copyright Office site in pdf format. It may be too long to download and print, but the table of contents is only 10 pages long and provides a nice listing of recent amendments to the Copyright law.
