More a case that we always-already are in space and that any property claim intellectual or otherwise always-already persists in relational contexts (i.e. PEOPLE).

I simply approach intellectual property as a social and historical construction that does not speak for universal truths regarding 'creativity' or 'originality', which are themselves constructions.

There are some interesting writings on the spatial dimensions of our lives. Doreen Massey is usually a good person to start with. amazon should have a few of hers.
