Does anyone know of a decision regarding an infringement claim against a builder who, in trying to sell a spec home built from an architect's plans, puts a copy of the floor plan (not the actual blueprints) on the website to aid in selling the house. The architect objects to the floor plan being used, and there was no written agreement on the architect's work for the builder. Please reply to lds[_at_]hjsllp.com.
