We are currently developing a Digital Video Server to store analog video content to an MPEG format state for streaming of this video over a Broadband distribution network, a Baseband distribution network and a IP network distribution system for schools K-12, Higher Education and for Acute Care facilities for patient education.
Where can we find fair use policy information and information on examples of content providers request for use of video materials stored to an MPEG format for distribution to Televisions and Computers over their various networks in schools and hospitals?
