You might be interested in the result of a domain name dispute in Israel concerning the domain name "waltdisney.co.il". It can be found at:

Regarding your domain name, Disney could probably prove that its name is famous, and that its use in your domain name "disneytransportation.com" dilutes the mark. Best to get a lawyer to advise you.
