That depends on Polish copyright law. If Poland still follows the life+50 rule, you can go ahead, as J.M. Barrie died in 1937. The book itself appeared in 1904. You may face some trouble in exporting titles to the EU, but that is not really a big market for Polish language materials.
It may even be well advised to do it quickly, before Poland joins the EU and will be forced to accept the life+70 rule (one good reason to stay out) -- but al books already published can probably benefit from a transition rule by that time
