I would think, by analogy, "broadcasters". Centralized content dissemination via WWW, frequently via streaming audio or video formats.
IMO streaming content on the web is a mismatch of technologies. The term "webcaster" has a taint of marketing hype, and has largely failed to live up to expectations.
