James Joyce's grandson Stephen Joyce, according to this article:

   http://www.telegraph.co.uk:80/et?ac=002549632124328&rtmo=gwlV7gNu&atmo=HHaeJX8L&pg=/et/00/7/31/njoy31.html

is trying to stop the Edinburgh (Scotland) Festival Fringe performance of "Molly Bloom -- A Musical Dream" which is apparently a musical-dramatic reading of the last chapter of _Ulysses_. According to the article the producer, Anna Zapparoli, claims she doesn't need the Joyce Estate's permission.

Is Zapparoli right about the applicable Scots law? Or is Stephen Joyce likely to prevail in the end?
