inequitable conduct in copyright

Does anyone know (off-hand) of any copyright cases where the court has ruled against the putative owner of the copyright for inequitable conduct or fraud? In particular, I am interested in cases where the person claiming ownership may have received "ownership" through a fraudulent transfer from the original owner. Also of interest would be cases where the "owner" misrepresented to the Copyright Office how ownership was obtained.

I'm not asking for anyone to do research into this (unless you just really, really want to), but if anyone knows a case or two to start me off in the right direction, any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

David Hale
