I use the following on my web page at cerebalaw.com. It was written to cover both text and graphics. I've inserted "the gallery" below in lieu of my name, but otherwise have not edited it. The part about rights in remote links you could modify to fit the rights of others in the images of the paintings, and you don't have to spell out what any of those rights are (e.g., as to the dates they run out, etc.) I precede what is below with the usual copyright notice (i.e., mine) and the "All Rights Reserved" phrase.
