I don't disagree that "flying disc" is a proper generic term. It might even be the best one, but it's not the only one. My source was the trademark registration record; tarr.uspto.gov. The applicant had some say in designating the goods. The generic for KLEENEX might be "tissue" or "paper handkerchief" or "disposable handkerchief." Received on Thu Oct 19 2000 - 01:14:43 GMT
