federalists papers

My local library doesn't have a copy of the federalists papers. . . No one on this
list seems to have a copy in digital form of millar v. taylor, one of Britain's (and our nation's) seminal common law copyright cases!

Are these documents unimportant to maintaining our civil liberties? I say no. I ordered a copy of the federalists papers for the library. Now, someone send me this damned case! =).
