Neil Shapiro's insistence that the defendants' arguments in Reimerdes represent "extremist First Amendment" positions pretty much undermines any argument that he's an "expert on the First Amendment."
One of the signs that his analysis is fundamentally irrational is his assertion that the Reimerdes decision is "morally" as well as legally correct.
This guy is an apologist for the copyright totalism represented by the DMCA.
