Wording of copyright notice.

I have a question about how to word a copyright notice. (Or perhaps something more like an anti-copyright notice.)

I'm planning to make a series of music scores. Specifically, scores containing chorus excerpts from well-known operas. I will be using as sources, editions which are proveably public domain.

I would like to retain the moral right to be recognized as editor of the scores but explicitly give anyone freedom to make and distribute copies, as well as use for performance.

How would the following two lines be for fulfilling that purpose? Any suggestions for improvement?

Produced by Andrew Sly.
