seems to me, the judge has the call on this one, because the debtor has the right to retain or reject contracts, and even to modify contracts, hence last time I looked a license is a contract and in the case of a license the underlying ip is controlled by it. I d/n know for sure, but a hearing could answer the question.(not a lawyer, not legal advise)check with the bankruptcy lawyer.
