Seminar Rights

Hi all. I volunteer my time for a non-profit, volunteer driven writers organization and I was wondering if anyone might know of a form book or web site that might have a very basic agreement form for ownership of seminar rights? We have speakers that give seminars to our membership of writers and we would like to ensure that the speaker retains ownership rights to their seminar in a written contract.
