I checked the status on Eldred v. Ashcroft and found that five new items were added. They are:

     Dec 13 2001  Brief of respondent John D. Ashcroft in opposition
                  filed.

     Dec 13 2001  Brief amici curiae of Jack Balkin, Yochai Benkler,
                  Burt Neuborne and Jed Rubenfield filed.

     Dec 13 2001  Brief amicus curiae of Internet Archive filed.

     Dec 19 2001  DISTRIBUTED for Conference of January 4, 2002

     Dec 20 2001  Reply brief of petitioners Eric Eldred, et al.
                  filed.

The brief from Internet Archive was written by Mark Lemley.
