I haven't the faintest idea what that is, but I would ask why it leads him to post repeated insults to artists and writers, the vast majority of whom are non-wealthy people trying to make an often pitiful living and who, in the view of the Founding Fathers and most of the subscribers to this list, are potentially valued contributors to society.
