I agree. Moreover, Karl-Erik Tallmo is very honest in saying, when asked via private e-mail, that the images of the statute are in the public domain. No restriction. No string. (Note to the readers: Note that I said "images", not the whole HTML document which is copyrighted unless otherwise specified.) For that, I think that he deserves our support by buying, if able to, a book from him when it becomes available and maybe even asking your local library to acquire one with your donation of money (check with your library for proper procedure).
