I am interested in the problem of the distribution of
journals and access to their digititalized format. I
have been trying to locate sources on George Soro's
BOAC (Budapest Open Access Initiative. I only have a
few sources so
far(http://www.infotoday.com/newsbreaks/nb020218-1.htm)
and wanted to know about any literature related to
that topic and other initiatives, successful and
unsuccessful, on alternatives to vendors'
distributions as it relates to the problem of
copyright and licensing.
