If a feature film script is optioned but never produced, can it still be
considered "for educational purposes" as the qualifying exemption from
copyright infringement if used by scriptwriters to study in writing
their scripts?
Does the production of the script have anything to do with infringement besides establishing the length of protection afford the script writer?
