Hi,

For consumers of information (particularly for educational purposes), the decision is not good news at all. It would also be a sad day if the copyright term in developing countries were to be extended, based on the Eldred v Ashcroft decision. Access to information is difficult enough for millions of people in developing country. Extending the copyright term would just exacerbate the problem.
