What is the source of this astonishing assertion that information available (to the public, I assume) has diminished by more than 67 percent? (Most other observers, from what I read, feel that there is more and more information--indeed, an overwhelming quantity--available, particularly on the Internet.)

And in what way is your assertion relevant to a discussion of copyright?
