FYI- To let everyone know about a TEACH act resource that we have been (and are still) developing here at NC State that is intended to be a online resource for faculty attempting to understand and implement the TEACH act. We've created some tools that will hopefully be useful and may simplify things - parts of the site are still being constructed but we thought we'd get what we had out there for use - it's at
