I believe that this was a very well-reasoned decision. What I also believe is that a very significant aspect of the Court's decision comes at the very end in which the Court speaks to the need to address these issues through the legislative process. It is in that forum that we can have our legitimate voices heard most effectively. Until such time as the free and thus inappropriate acquisition of legitimate intellectual property legal rights is no longer a demand side issue, legislative reform is the best approach.
