That's not how I read Dastar. Dastar had indicated that it was the producer of the videos it distributed. As Tyler pointed out, there might be false advertising claims from someone's imputing another's work to him/herself, but not a Lanham Act claim. The word "origin" under the Lanham Act is only intended to mean the person who manufactured or sold the item in question.
