Has J. K. Rowling gone too far?

Believe it or not, J. K. Rowling and Scholastic Inc. slapped New York Daily News with $100,000,000.00 lawsuit for revealing tidbits in the fifth book on Harry Potter. The complaint can be found at:

J. K. Rowling needs to learn to get a grip on herself. What does she expect? That 6 billion people on earth will restrain themselves with all might from knowing anything about the fifth book until Saturday?
