A couple of points here. First, despite her name on the suit, do you really think that she personally initiated it, rather than the legal department of the publisher? Second, although there may be some merit to the suit, the amount of damages claimed is, as in so many suits these days, ridiculously exorbitant in order to get maximum press on the suit and maximum bargaining room in case anything comes of the suit.
