I tried to respond directly and only to the sender of this message and couldn't, thus the whole CNI is privy to this probably irrelevant response to the Amazon.com - licensing questions, which I intend to look into.
Our artist managment has stopped dealing with Amazon.com. Their fees and conditions are prohibitive. I highly recommend www.cdbaby.com for national and international online CD distribution.
