Hello Chris,
I don't understand why you say that? Can you explain? I just can't figure out how one differentiates 'access' from 'copy' when discussing digital works. Without access there is no copying. Without copying there is no access. How can the DMCA not cover both when they are so entwined that they become one and the same?
BTW, the no right click script doesn't prevent copying of the entire page via screenshot or cache. It prevents separate access to images contained in the page by disallowing right click "Save As" and "Open Image in New Window" features.
