I sounds like you should be more interested in Copyright law than the DMCA. The DMCA is directed toward copy protection schemes. Only digital art is likely effected, and if you have the permission of any copyright holders to display the art, you should not have a problem. If you DON'T have permission, I suggest that you seek a qualified attorney's advice.
