Update on Satava v. Lowry

I thought that some of you may want to know that the petition for writ of certiorari for Satava v. Lowry was denied today. The information at http://www.supremecourtus.gov/docket/03-314.htm was not updated but the order can be found at:

So far, the Supreme Court has not taken any case relating to intellectual property rights.
