True, the ruling of Tasini was narrow and not
applicalbe to this situation, but I thought it was a
good lesson in contract drafting: Leave *nothing*
behind.
I just wondered if this lesson was limited to the
world of periodicals, or did it sink into the
contracts of the publishing world at large.
