Hello Terry,
I do have a lawyer, with years of experience in
copyright law, with a PHD, who knows all the
"pertinent information" as he drew up a lengthy "Work
Made For Hire" agreement. And his answer to
backdating was "Let me think about it." So there.
But thanks for the advice.
