Carol Busby, Attorney at Law, asks,

>> Does anyone know of caselaw or some other source that says whether a

>> WMFH?
The "some other source" would be Title 17 USC, Section 101, which tells you that there isn't any "therefore" about it. A contribution to a collective work is a WMFH *only* "if the parties expressly agree in a written instrument signed by them that the work shall be considered a work made for hire."
