I represent a client who has registered numerous copyrights under the
hypothetical corporate name "ABC, Inc." while in fact the actual
registered corporate name is "ABC, Incorporated".
Does my client need need to correct the copyright registrations with the US Copyright Office that are using the "ABC, Inc." corporate name? If yes, what is the best way to handle such corrections.
Thanks for any assistance on this matter.
