FW: Correction of Name

Used to correct or amplify information previously provided on a basic registration. It is my understanding that an attempt to change a registration from one claimant to another would not be allowed. But the copyright office will likely accept the elimination of the "inc." abbreviation. Each registration must be supplemented with a separate form CA, each at a cost of $100. The supplemental registration will exist as a second registration of the work, but you will maintain your original date of registration.
