In India, we file separate applications for Screenshots, " Visual Display"..and whatever name you call it by..
so registration of screenshots entitle protection in totality..there can be nothing substantial or insubstantial use of it then..
again..copyright envisages originality..so each and every screenshot doesnt queue up for protection..its just the screens wherein the trademark and origin shows up..or representations unique to the author or the subject..
