Thanks for the update on this proposed law. It's just more "stick it to the people" from a Congress that probably violates copyright law more than any other group in society. It's bad lawmaking and bad policy - the federalization of all criminal law is what it's true goal is and it's working. Copyright law is a joke; it does not work, it does not work for the people and it's locked into a court system that has never been on the side of the people.
